Some products sold by Random Scoop Studio are mystery, random, or assorted products.
For these products, the exact character, design, color, style, or variation received is randomly selected and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.
Images showing multiple designs are provided as examples of the possible assortment and do not mean that all pictured designs are included in one order.
A customer's preference for a different character, design, color, or variation does not by itself make a mystery or random item defective or incorrect.
This does not affect any rights you may have if an item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- incorrect pricing or product information;
- inventory errors;
- shipping restrictions;
- suspected misuse of the website; or

5. SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from South Korea.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For mystery, random, or assorted products, receiving a character, design, color, or variation that you personally would not have chosen is not considered a defect when the product was clearly sold as a mystery, random, or assorted item.
